General
° A widget with the TII or Spectrum can be added on the Service page. The new widget will not be shown when the window is too small or on a mobile phone. This widget shares settings with the respective page.
° Lucas Gallone provided a French translation.
° Compressed MOT objects are supported.
Android
° The lock screen widget shows the service logo when available.
° Data storage selection is triggered automatically on the first use when access rights are not yet granted, typically after a fresh install.
Input devices
° RTL-TCP was redesigned and should perform better with official RTL-SDR server running on Windows.
° RTL-SDR/TCP PPM correction range extended to +-300.
Signal view
° A waterfall can be activated via the options menu.
Scanner and TII
° Country flags are now shown in the scanner table. Mind you: an internet connection is needed for this feature.
° CSV table headers can be exported in English to improve compatibility with third party tools, like Lucas Gallone’s TII Analyzer.
° Transmitter coordinates, altitude and antenna height are exported to CSV when the GPS coordinates option is enabled.
The receiver altitude is exported too. Check this in the Settings TII tab.
° Incremental scan mode: the scanning mode only records changes and new transmitters (1).
A new JSON format to store scanner results is introduced. This format stores all the information including the ensemble structure. It can also be loaded after a scan.
There’s also a JSON auto-save option (2).
° The scanner application captures the ensemble structure in all scanning modes although it may be incomplete in fast and normal mode.
° Fixes and small improvements.
