Jan Van Katwijk updated QT-DAB 4.6 and 5.3.  It’s not clear what is meant by ‘too many changes/improvements/error repairs from the August version’.

• Better TII collision recognition.
• TII collision: all TIIs which are not unambiguously recognized, get now a Main Id of 99, and show the Sub Id.

Yesterday’s version of QT-DAB 5.3 had a coding error causing an incorrect furthest distance on the localhost map.
It’s fixed in the April 5 2023 19.21 version. No such problem with yesterday’s QT-DAB 4.6.

The March 30 version of QT-DAB 4.6 and 5.3 was flagged as infected by infected by malob/cryp.
Today’s release gets a clean sheet from VirusTotal. Apparantly the optimizer parameters in the code caused this problem.

Jan Van Katwijk yesterday updated QT-DAB to version 4.6 and 5.3.
There are several improvements at the back-end. The audio quality percentage is also shown in the technical details.

Mind you! AVG, Avast and SecureAge flag the 4.6 and 5.3 set-up as infected by malob/cryp. This might be a false positive.
